About the Position

As a Claims Adjuster, you will work with handling incoming calls from Länsförsäkringar Skåne's policyholders. Based in Malmö, Gängtappen, you will be part of an open and helpful department with about 20 employees. Together, you will assist Länsförsäkringar's customers and manage various cases regarding property damage and travel damage.

In your role as a Claims Adjuster, your main tasks will include:

  • Contacting individuals, primarily via phone and sometimes via the chat function.
  • Managing and administering incoming cases.
  • Making decisions regarding incoming cases related to both property damage and travel damage.

In the role of Claims Adjuster, you will have the opportunity to work part-time approximately two days a week during the semesters and full-time during the summer and Christmas holidays. Working hours are between 08:00 and 16:30, Monday to Friday. The position as a Claims Adjuster is a consulting assignment via Adecco. It includes one to two weeks of internal training.

About You

As a Claims Adjuster, you work with the phone as your primary tool, and it is important that you feel comfortable with this type of communication and customer contact. Therefore, you preferably have previous experience from similar customer service or support over the phone.

You are currently studying at a college or university and are available to work full-time during the summer and Christmas holidays as well as part-time approximately two days a week during the semesters.

Important for the Position:

  • Previous experience in customer service, for example, in retail or restaurants
  • You are studying or have another main occupation of at least 50%, preferably with 3 semesters left of studies
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English
